We got our first snow stay storm in last 3 days just 3" with this storm here in Alberta with -32 centigrade colder wind chill at -40 plugging in vehicles because you can't start them with frozen blocks cracking. Our truck will not start until it is plugged in for a few hours. We are used to this cold but it is cold and our homeless in city have shelters to stay in and food and heating trucks going around looking for homeless stuck out. They would not survive this cold otherwise so your numbers in -10 Fahrenhite would be lot less being south and that is good,which we would say is not bad but we are in a deep freeze right now. They said it is going to -50 Centigrade. I hope and pray not and this is just Edmonton Alberta keeping in touch with those we know and family.
