Thank you, Stewart, for these wonderful Night Shadows Sunday lessons. In 2008, I had a near death experience and met Jesus. I experienced His divine love and that was the greatest and favorite moment in my life! You are right - divine love is indescribable. The closest definition I can state is that it is pure, unconditional, comforting, healing, and a forgiving love and feeling that type of love is so very special that it cannot come from anyone else, it can only come from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And at that moment, I was born again. Every minute of every day now, my life revolves around Jesus and my relationship with Him grows. I’ve dedicated my life to Him and every day I pray to follow His will for my life as I’m so grateful for everything He has done for me. Experiencing divine love is indeed the result of following the strait gate and narrow way. So happy the Lord led me to Night Shadows, my absolute favorite show. Blessings to Stewart, Patti, Larry, and Darnette.

I want to enter into the straight and narrow gate. I honestly do not know how to get there. I believe that I have not found Jesus Christ yet because I do not know divine love.

I am in the same situation

Do exactly what Cheryl told Chris to do. Just ASK. Jesus will answer! And, get into the gospels of the New Testament. It's not that hard. Jesus' burden is light, much lighter than this world. You will NEVER regret asking Jesus into your life, for the rest of eternity. Stacia, divine love is REAL!

Chris

I am glad that you sent your message

Jesus and the Father are Devine Love.

I would not get too caught up in certain Bible verses.

When Jesus was dying on the cross, the theif that was next to Him asked Jesus to remember him when He entered Hus kingdom ( Heaven) and Jesus said "today you will be with me in Paradise".

Jesus loves you very much and wants you with Him in heaven.

Just talk to Jesus and ask Him to reveal himself to you. He will speak to you it might it be right away, but be patient He will reveal Himself to you.

I will pray for you.

Get Bible and read the gospel of John. Read it slowly and think about what your reading. Reread it again. Until it got into your soul and spirit.

Ask Jesus into your heart it's not that hard. He is waiting for you to ask. Ask and he will answer.

Knock and He will open the door.

Hey, thanks for that. I do pray and speak to Jesus every day. And the Gospel of John, my favorite gospel, I am re-reading right now. I will continue to pray and hope that Jesus does indeed reveal himself to me.

Dawn Woodruff's avatar

Cheryl, your answer to Chris is perfect. That's exactly what I did, ask God to reveal Himself to me, and yes, He did! Also, at the same time, getting into the Word. The book of John is the right one to start with. God Bless!

Twenty-six years ago the Lord called me out of this world and I heard the true salvation Gospel of Jesus from Stewart. I had never even read the Bible and knew nothing about the strait gate/narrow way or what the process was. I'm guessing you've already read Stewart's book "DarkLight"?

It took me close to a year before I realized I had actually "entered in" and was starting to walk the narrow way. I'm still walking and waiting for the revelation of Jesus Christ so He can show me that Divine Agape Love.

I was just over at Stewart's Rumble channel and saw a great comment that might be helpful to you as well, from Matt60. Here's a link if you'd care to see what he has to say about this journey.

God bless you brother and don't ever give up! Remember, God does not count time as we do. A thousand years is a day to Him.

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2Pet 3:8)

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2Pet 3:9)

For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. (Heb 10:37)

Chris-“Knowing” will not get you there. Ask, Seek, Knock again and again. Go to Him in all sincerity. I had a lifetime of unbelief until my heart was changed, I could have never done that myself. He provided a choice and I accepted His offer. The most profound moment of my life.

I will keep knocking. Thanks. Appreciate your words.

Romans 10:9–10 (NIV): 9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Love your teaching, on the word of God. For years now I have followed Stewart. Stewart has written several books. The Poor Lost Christian is a great book, along with many others. Look for them, and buy them. They are a wonderful teaching tools. If you are truly searching for the truth, and searching, for the Lord Jesus Christ, his books will give you a better understanding of what the word of God is saying in the Bible. Stewart has been a blessing to me, and I am thankful that I found him years ago. Thank you Stewart, and God please you, and your family.

Jesus said the "Gates" of hell shall not prevail! Every time I see that "man's" name, I think of this verse...

And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (Matt 16:18)

Glad you are doing these Sunday Night Shadows. I believe it's what God called you to do.

Thank you and God bless you.

Stewart, I've been listening to you since we were both Middle-aged, and that's a long time. Your audience especially loves hearing your solo shows and teachings. Your message is direct, and to the point. Please continue with these. They are sorely needed! Thanks!

You must understand, the leading Bolsheviks who took over Russia were not Russians. They hated Russians. They hated Christians. Driven by ethnic hatred they tortured and slaughtered millions of Russians without a shred of human remorse. It cannot be overstated. Bolshevism committed the greatest human slaughter of all time. The fact that most of the world is ignorant and uncaring about this enormous crime is proof that the global media is in the hands of the perpetrators.

If I were asked today to formulate as concisely as possible what was the main cause of the ruinous revolution that swallowed up some 60 million of our people, I could not put it more accurately than to repeat: 'Men had forgotten God; that is why all this has happened.'

We hear a constant clamor for rights, rights, always rights, but so very little about responsibility. And we have forgotten God. The need now is for selflessness, for a spirit of sacrifice, for a willingness to put aside personal gains for the salvation of the whole Western world.

What would things been like [in Russia] if during periods of mass arrests people had not simply sat there, paling with terror at every bang on the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but understood they had nothing to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people?

Modern society is hypnotized by socialism. It is prevented by socialism from seeing the mortal danger it is in. And one of the greatest dangers of all is that you have lost all sense of danger, you cannot even see where it's coming from as it moves swiftly towards you.

Isn't that what the sinners prayer is?... I'm confused.

So if I've never met Jesus " in person " I'm doomed!? 😲😬😐😭
